Research on Error Tracing of Synchronizer Gear Hub Based on Variable Step Fa-Rbf Neural Network

چکیده
The synchronizer gear hub has a complex structure and involves wide variety of processing equipment. It is difficult to trace the reason for abnormal fluctuation quality by simply detecting data local conditions. Based on analysis machining error hub, an tracing method based radial basis function (RBF) neural network which optimized variable step firefly algorithm (FA) was proposed. FA-RBF model built error, feature information influencing factor, relevant parameters were through algorithm. verification experiment done 164 groups collected from production line, 159 used train 5 test it. experimental results show that support degrees corresponding types are 0.882, 0.889, 0.98, 0.895 0.768. means can be accurately traced proposed method. effectively identify source during process, it provide compensation.
